Vine Hill Clinic offers a full-service range of primary care services, including chronic disease management, pediatrics, mental health counseling, social work services, and preventative services such as annual physcials, well child exams and immunizations.   Our Medical Staff who specialize in pediatric and adult care are here to serve you.  Patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment.  A limited number of "walk-in" appointmnets are available each day.  Medicare, Medicaid (TennCare) and most private insurance are accepted.  Discounts are available for those without health insurance who meet income guidelines.  Patients can also obtain low cost prescriptions and most lab tests provided on site are discounted or free.

Franklin Road Women's Health Center

Franklin Road Women's Health Center provides prenatal and women's health care to women of all ages.  Our team of dedicated Certified Nurse Midwives and OB physicians care for women throughout their life and are dedicated to ensuring pregnant women have a safe and satisfying birth experience.  Medicaid (TennCare), Cover Kids, Medicare, and most private insurance are accepted.  We also participate in the TN Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program which covers the cost of annual PAP and mammograms for eligible women. Discounts are also available for those without health insurance who meet income guidelines.  Patients can also obtain low cost prescriptions and most lab tests provided on site are discounted or free.

Priest Lake Family & Women's Health Center

Opening in the fall, 2011, this clinic will offer primary care for the whole family.  Prenatal care and women's health as well as pediatric and adult care will be provided by our caring team of healthcare professionals.  Medicare, Medicaid (TennCare) and most private insurance are accepted.  Discounts are available for those without health insurance who meet income guidelines.  Patients can also obtain low cost prescritions and most lab tests provided on site are discounted or free.

House Calls Program

House Calls brings primary care directly into the home for seniors living in Davidson County who are unable to come to our clinics.  Licensed Nurse Practitioners specializing in geriatric care provide in home primary care serivces and chronic disease management to the elderly.
